| 2008 ACME State Tournament Champions Crowned |
| ACME Baseball Congress is proud to announce the 2008 ACME State Tournament Champions. It has been a couple busy weeks in baseball, with many exciting times throughout the Jr & Sr. ACME Tournaments. We are proud to announce the 2008 Junior ACME State Champions as Vandalia Butler along with the 2008 ACME State Champions Northmont. Each team recieves their first title in each respective division. It isnt without notice both schools are no further than 15 miles away from each other. Some great competition transpiring to our south districts. As the season has wound down we would like to also give thanks to our tournament hosts sites. This year we give notice to Lima Shawnee hosting their first Junior ACME State Tournament. They put on a great show for all and the reception was wonderful. Also with the ACME State Tournament held in Coldwater. As always they put on an awesome event. The upgrades to the facility are also to be commended. All of those individuals involved with the daily tasks of hosting these events along with all those involved around the state with sectional and districts we congratulate on another year well done.
